Managing Your AFI Grant > Reporting Timelines
"Each grantee should review the reporting timetable specific to its award and make sure it is preparing and submitting reports on schedule."

Reporting Timelines

While Data Reports are due once a year at the same time for all AFI grantees, the due dates for narrative and Financial Status Reports vary depending on when the grantee received its award(s).

For grants awarded on or after July 1, 2007, the financial and narrative reports are due semi-annually for all years of the AFI project period. The reports are due 30 days after the reporting period for these grants.

For all grants, the final financial and narrative reports are due 90 days after the end of the five-year project period.

Each grantee should review the reporting timetable for its specific award to make sure it is collecting information and submitting reports as expected.
